On Saturday 5th July 2025, Our Lady of Good Counsel S.S.S Gayaza opened its doors to parents, guardians, and community members for a vibrant Exhibition and Visitation Day—an event aimed at strengthening the partnership between the school and home while showcasing the learners’ creativity, talents, and academic progress.
The day began with Guests being taken on a guided tour in the school’s main hall where students proudly presented exhibits across various subjects, including: Science projects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Vocational projects (Fine Art, Agriculture, and Nutrition and Food Technology), and Humanities (history, Geography and CRE)
The atmosphere was filled with excitement as learners confidently explained their work and answered questions, demonstrating not only their knowledge but also communication and presentation skills.
Special recognition was given to students whose projects stood out in creativity, originality, and relevance to real-life issues. Teachers were also applauded for their dedication in guiding learners and preparing the impressive displays.
The day also featured performances from students, such as poetry, music, dance, and drama—bringing joy and entertainment to all.
